Hot Spot Hotties

Since I've always been very interested in fashion photography, I've found myself keeping up to date with particular model's works. Here are five of my favorite models who are at their hot spots in fashion right now...

ANDREJ PEJIC

This young Yugoslavian-born Australian model has been huge in the fashion industry in the past few years and has been the subject of much controversy. Andrej Pejic is in demand right now due to his "two-for-the-price-of-one" appeal. He has done women and men's modeling, and has even modeled for a bra campaign. He has been on the cover of the Dossier journal and in certain stores his topless photo has been covered. He is one of my favorite models because of his mysterious and intriguing beauty and originality.

KARLIE KLOSS

This American ballerina-gone-model is one of the most popular and versatile models of our generation.  At only 19, she's gone from Teen Vogue sweetheart to Vogue editorial model who's claimed her own signature runway gait. She's one of my favorites because of her unique and strong features and her flexibility in modeling from so many different angles these days.

ABBEY LEE KERSHAW

This 20-something Aussie supermodel has rocked everything from Chanel to being ranked number 5 for Top 50 Models Women. She is huge right now in the fashion world and has a classic but edgy look everyone wants. I love Abbey Lee because of her punk but peaceful qualities and her piercing looks.

VICTOR NYLANDER

Victor Nylander is a young Danish newbie to the industry. He seems to be just starting out in fashion but he's bound for greatness due to his fresh and sharp looks and modeling potential. He's begun his career with a Versace runway show in fall 2011 and walking for Prada, too, while whipping out a Versace photo-shoot beside Abbey Lee Kershaw (a very well-known model and one of my favorites). I expect to see more of Victor Nylander in photos soon!

LILY COLE

This British ginger bombshell is a huge commodity in the world of fashion at the moment. She acts as well as models and has just been in a big screen film, Snow White and the Huntsman starring Kristen Stewart. Lily Cole has been voted by Vogue Paris as one of the top 30 models of the 2000's and her iconic looks and successful modeling capabilities have led her there. She has modeled for names from Alexander McQueen to Chanel and Marc Jacobs and has even modeled with Marilyn Manson. She is one of my favorite models because of her doll-like face and healthier looks.

So these are my top 5 favorite models of this generation. I hope to be seeing more of them this year in fashion and to see new faces make the pages as well.*
